For verification, security purposes, and your protection, it takes at least 48 hours for our credit card company to process payment. Once payment is received by us, orders can be processed for shipment, which is usually the same day if it is in stock for non-personalized orders. Please note that we no longer accept American Express.

Shipping via UPS Ground, or otherwise noted, is free throughout the site to the lower 48 states. Any other shipping method is at the customer's expense and must be arranged with us prior to placing order. If you are ordering internationally, please contact us BEFORE ORDERING for availability and price as shipping rates will be different. Not every item on our site is available for international orders. Express mail overnight service is
NOT offered at this time because of the above policy. On pages that feature one-of-a-kind items, you will not be able to order prior to contacting us for availability. Most of these one-of-a-kind items are not stock and are made per order; therefore, it will take time before you receive them. Please contact us if you have questions.

TERMS:  Payment in Full prior to shipment of merchandise.  Returns
accepted for 30 days less our costs for shipping and a 40% restocking
fee. You must be 18 years of age or older to order.

RETURNS

Our products are made of glass and are guaranteed upon receipt of the customer; however, you must adhere to our return policy. Returns must be made exactly as instructed and must be packaged exactly as you received it. We cannot be held responsible if merchandise is not received by us in perfect condition. The customer will be responsible for all costs incurred. We must charge for recovery of our shipping costs, as well as other costs including any and all credit card and merchant bank fees incurred during purchase. All refunds will be made by check. You will be given the opportunity to decide whether or not to receive a replacement. If you decide on a refund, please be aware of the aforementioned fees and costs. If the product is broken when you are shipping it back, it will be your responsibility to file a claim through the shipping company. If you ship the merchandise back on your own, without authorization, you are 100% responsible for any breakage that incurs, and we will not be held liable.
