payment is received by us, orders can be processed for shipment,
which is usually the same day if it is in stock for non-personalized
orders. Please note that we no longer accept American Express.
Shipping via UPS Ground, or otherwise noted, is free throughout the
site to the lower 48 states. Any other shipping method is at the
customer's expense and must be arranged with us prior to placing
order. If you are ordering internationally, please contact us BEFORE
ORDERING for availability and price as shipping rates will be different.
